You have the possibility to determine a rest time over a specific period of time for memberships. Furthermore, you can decide whether the number of days of this rest time will be added to the end of the membership or not. Invoices will not be changed but can be adapted manually in the invoice overview.
Creation of period of rest
In the customer menu click on the three dots next to the concerning membership and select the menu item 'Periods of rest'.
In the following popup you will see an overview of the already created periods of rest for this membership (if there are any).
Determine a start and end date in the tab 'Create new idle period'. You can even set a single day by choosing the same start and end date.
With the option 'Add the pause to the end' you can decide whether the number of days of the rest time will be added to the end of the membership or not.
Afterwards, it is important to enter a reason for the idle period.
Then click on the button 'Create idle period'
If necessary, the new created rest period can be deleted by clicking on the trash icon.
Please be aware, that the invoice will not be deleted!
