1. Timely termination
  • In the customer menu click on the three gray dots next to the concerning contract and select the menu item 'Terminate'.
  • In the following pop-up you will see the most important notice of termination on the top - such as cancelation period, last possible date for termination and end date. 
  • In addition, you can enter the receipt of the cancelation. Thus, the system will automatically state the next possible cancelation date according to your contract settings.
  • Afterwards, enter the reason of termination.
  • Click then on 'Cancel the contract'.

The cancelation will be deposited at the customer's profile:

2) Extraordinary termination

Another possibility is the extraordinary termination of a studio contract. With this feature a contract can be terminated to any date - there is no period of notice.

  • Cick in the customer profile on the three grey dots next to the concerning contract to extraordinarily cancel a studio contract. Then, select the menu item 'Terminate'.
  • In the following pop-up you will see the most important notice of termination on the top - such as cancelation period, last possible date for termination and end date.
  • State the date of the receipt of the cancelation and make a tick in the box for extraordinary termination. Choose the fixed date when the cancelation shall become effective.
  • All participations of a class or course that will take place after the end of the contract will automatically be adapted to participation without product. 

Thus, the termination will be deposited in the contract details.

3) Cancel termination

The termination of a contract can be canceled by clicking on the three grey dots on the right-hand side and then on the menu item 'Cancel termination'.

This option is obviously possible for already canceled contracts only.
