Go to a customer profile in the customer manager and you will see the personal data and also an overview of all bookings of the customer.

Moreover, you can view his/her invoices, create a teacher/trainer and assign rights.

The overview presents the past bookings, the future bookings and the last booking.

By clicking on one of those fields you get to the booking history - a list that illustrates all information of each booking.

The list enables to read at which course the customer took place, his/her payment method and whether he/she actually was present.

The master data of the customer is directly underneath the booking overview. You cannot only view the data but also enter further details. You can assign a group to a customer further down by simply choosing the concerning group. It is to be noted that one customer can be assigned to one group only. You can see directly if the customer already accept your Data protection too.

If you booked the SEPA-module you can state bank details here. It would be enough if you only had the name of the account holder and the IBAN. Eine SEPA mandate reference number can be automatic generated.

There is an overview of the existing products and contracts below. At this point you can sell further products or assign new contracts. In the case that a contract or product is already used because of, for instance, the validity is expired, they move to the category “Used product/contract”.
