If you create courses or classes, you can specify which teacher guides the individual appointments. But first, you have to create the teachers.
In the customer administration you can determine your teachers. The future teacher should already have a customer profile in your system, otherwise you have to create a new one. If the customer is already created, you proceed as follows:
- Choose the future teacher in your customer database
- Click on the three dots next to “edit customer”
- A drop-down menu shows up, select now “create a teacher”
4. A new screen opens where you can enter a description, including a picture and a nickname. You can also add his sports.
- By clicking on "Apply changes" you save the information. The new teacher is now marked with a pink teacher symbol in the customer administration.
2. Now you can select the created teacher profile as teacher for all your activities.
