In case you have saved your credit card in your Eversports profile, it is still possible to remove it afterwards or simply change it, in case the current credit card is no longer active.

1) Remove your saved credit card

Log into your Eversports profile and click on the following:

  • via the Eversports App: click on the menu tab Profile > Edit Personal Data > Payment options.

  • via the Eversports website: click on the menu tab Profile > Payment methods.

Here you will find the information on your saved credit cards. You can now delete your old credit card and even add a new one.

IMPORTANT: It is not possible to delete a credit card which is currently linked to an active membership. In order to do so, the active membership needs to be first terminated. For more help on terminating your membership, please contact the studio where the membership was purchased.

2) Change your credit card

In order to edit the credit card number that is linked to an active membership, you can following these steps.

  • Log into your Eversports profile, on the Eversports website or Eversports app, and go to the menu tab Passes and Memberships. Here you can find all details of your active products and memberships.

  • In the section of your active memberships, click on View > Your Payment Method > Edit and adjust the credit card number which is linked to this membership.

IMPORTANT: It is not possible to delete a credit card which is currently linked to an active membership. In order to do so, the active membership needs to be first terminated. For more help on terminating your membership, please contact the studio where the membership was purchased.
