If you wish to book for your children or partners but don't want to create a separate Eversports account, you can create a family account.

Advantages of a family account

When customers use family accounts, there are several advantages and implications:

  • The family account owner can manage bookings of every family member with one account

  • Within a family account you can create several profiles, each of which can store its own product for the booking process

  • Only one email address is necessary, that of the family account owner

  • The family account owner can manage purchases for the family members and all invoices will be in the name of the family owner

  • Saved payment methods of the family account owner can be used for purchases for every family member

  • IMPORTANT: When the family account owner creates a family member and makes the first booking/purchase, both the family account owner and the family member will appear in the database of the studio.

How can I create a family account?

NOTE - Only customers are able to create a family account.
For legal implication, studios cannot create family accounts for their customers.

In order to create a family account, follow these easy steps:

1) When you log in your Eversports account (via the website or studio schedule) you see a new menu item called "Book for a family member".
Click on it to create a family account.

2) Create at least one family member by entering their first and last name.

3) Now the family account is created and the family account owner can select the family members to make bookings or purchase products.

When you log in, the system will now ask with which account you wish to proceed. You can switch anytime from one account to the other.

If another family member needs to be selected, you can do this on the menu on the right side (either in the studio schedule or on the Eversports website).

Book for family members

When you log in, the system will now ask with which account you wish to proceed.

When the family account owner is making booking, they will see on the top of the screen for which family member they are booking.
They can directly switch from one account to the other.

When the family account owner creates a family member and makes the first booking, both the family account owner and the family member will appear in the database of the studio.

Remove family members

If you want to remove a family member, this is just possible via the app or the Eversports website.

When the family account owner logs in, they see a menu item called "Family members".

There, you find the removal option and can choose between just removing a family member or removing a family member by granting this member an own login. If the latter is chosen, an email is sent out, inviting this person to create an own account. When this is accepted, the family member is removed from the family account.

What if a family member already had bookings in an old account?

When an existing customer of a studio (with bookings and/or products) is added as a family member to a family account, their family member account appears as a new account in the customer management of the studio.
The old bookings will not be displayed in the new family member's account because they are still linked to the original account.
The family account owner can login to their Eversports account and then switch to the family member account. In the menu tabs 'My Bookings' or 'My Products', they can send an automatic notification to Eversports Support asking them to merge the old account with the new family member account.
When done, all data from the old account will be displayed in the new family member account.
