Do you want to send a newsletter to a specific customer group? Here we show you how to use the filter options in customer management.
Filter options in customer management
In the menu Customers you can filter customers, for example, you can see which customers have participated in a particular activity (e.g., pregnancy workshop) in the past. You can also filter by products purchased, group, status, role, teachers, and newsletter subscriptions.
You can open the filter options by clicking on "Filter" to the right of the search field.
On the right side, you will see a slider where you can set your desired filters.
It is also possible to select multiple filters at once.
Export your filtered customer list
The filtered customer list can then be exported directly and used, for example, to send a newsletter. To do so, click on the "More" button in the upper right corner and then on "Export filtered customers".
TIP - If you have activated the connection between your Eversports Manager and Mailchimp, you can also export the filtered customer list directly to your Mailchimp account (i.e. only those customers with the newsletter preference).
