Under the menu Customers in your Eversports Manager, you may already have noticed a customer named "Walk-in Customer":
This customer profile is automatically created by the system when you book a purchase to a walk-in client in the Manager:
The main purpose of the walk-in customer is to allow you to manually enter sales of items (mats, drinks) to walk-in customers in your Manager.
IMPORTANT - Please note that the walk-in customer cannot be registered for an activity in the sign-in.
If, however, a customer wants to attend an activity, we recommend adding the person as a real customer in the system to ensure traceability at a later date - not only because of the current regulations around COVID-19, but also in case the participant wants to buy another product later.
