Would you like to offer your customers the participation in a class on site and at the same time the participants via online stream?

Here we show you how to do that with your Eversports Manager:

1) Creating two different classes

We recommend that you create two different classes in your Eversports Manager. One class for the online participants and one class for the on-site participants:

The online streaming link is only added to the online class. Therefore the symbol is only shown for the online class. Both classes have the same time.

If you create two separate classes, you can make the following distinctions between "online classes" and "on-site classes:

  • The maximum number of participants can be different for both classes
  • The linked products may be different for both classes. This is especially important if you have discounted products that are only valid for online classes
  • Registration and cancellation rules may differ

2) Display on the website

On your website, both classes are displayed one below the other:

However, if you would like to include your own timetable for online classes on your website, you can do so by using the group link.

You find the group link in the class settings of the online class. There you will find a link icon above the group settings.

If you click on this symbol, you will receive a link. This link will only show classes from this group (in this example "Advanced Classes"). You can then integrate this link into your website. Customers who click on the link in your website will only see classes from this group.

If you put all classes that take place at your location into one group, you can also create a separate link for "Classes at your location".

Important: your own group link only works if you have activated the class or training calendar in the "Widget" tab of the "Settings" menu.

Good luck with your hybrid activities!
