However, since we have currently being asked for insights on this topic many times now,, we would like to share with you some new ideas that would guarantee valuable liquidity for your studio in the current situation and additionally increase customer loyalty.

Introducing of a new "special card" at a lower price

We recommend you to create an extraordinary product for this extraordinary moment. By purchasing this "special product" at a reduced price your customers will be even more willing to strongly support your business, especially if the product will allow them to participate in the studio lessons, as soon as it will open up again.

Set the special product as follows

  • Create a product valid for 6 or 12 months (you can also offer both variants)
  • This product will be much cheaper than a normal six-month subscription  (e.g. -30%).
  • With this product your customers will have unlimited access to your classes in the next 6 or 12 months - both online and at the studio.

Benefits for you as a studio

  • Constant cash flow
  • Ensuring customer loyalty to your studio for a longer time
  • No one knows how the situation will develop or how long it will last. By selling this product, you have a secure turnover, regardless of whether you offer online classes or in your studio for the coming months.

Advantages for your customers

  • The product is also valid for studio classes, as soon as your studio is authorized to open again.
  • Clients are aware that they are helping your business to overcome the current crisis.
  • This  6 or 12 month subscription would be considerably cheaper than a regular product for the same period. The product is valid for online lessons in the coming weeks.

Promote the special product

  • You should think of a catchy name for this special product and share in on all your channels (for example, "Corona Card - #Sustain-your-studio-local"). 
  • Under Products > Services in the product settings, you can now add a description text for each service. Here you can tell your customers how the product works and why it was created:
  • In the menu Products > Services, by clicking on the 3 dots on the right of this service, you will find the possibility to share the "link to the product". A pop-up will then open up and you can copy the "link to the details page". 
  • You can share the link with your customers through newsletters, websites and social media. By clicking on the link customers will get directly to the page with all the important information and can buy the special product directly.
  • Also remember that if you intend to offer this "special product", you will need to communicate your decision and reasons well through all your channels (e.g. by adding a personal video message). #Support your studio-local
