Due to the current situation, many studios have decided to close their doors temporarily, as a measure to limit the coronavirus from spreading. In order to be able to keep offering their classes, many studios now offer classes via online streaming platforms. This allows you to participate in the classes as usual, even from home!
How you can book and participate in an online class is explained here:

Booking an online class
Online classes can be booked through the Eversports app and your studio's website. Select a class marked as "Online" in your studio's schedule (often mentioned in the name or in the description of the activity) and book it as usual using the Eversports app or website.

Tip for your preparation
In order not to rush before the start of the class, we recommend you to prepare in advance:

  • Check the description of the activity to find out which streaming provider the studio chooses for the online broadcast. Commonly used tools are Zoom, Google Hangouts, or Youtube Livestream. If necessary, download the software on the device you intend to use for the online class.

Participating in the Online Class
After booking the class, in the menu "My bookings" you will see a note for the online streaming for the corresponding class (make sure to download the most updated version of the app):

  • In the app you will find a button that informs you on which day and at which time the link to the online stream will be available.
  • If the button is grey, it means that the online stream is not yet available. 15 minutes before the start of the class the button will turn green and the online class will be available. By clicking on the button you will be redirected to the corresponding online streaming page and you will be live!
  • After successfully booking, on the studio's website you will find the link to the live stream under the tab "My Bookings/Activities" for the corresponding activity.

We wish you a lot of fun with the online classes and all the best for the coming days!
