With the next release (planned for Tue, 20.08.2019 > postponed to 27.08.2019), your Customer Management in Eversports Manager will get a new look & feel.

Customer Management is at the heart of your Studio Manager. It shows you everything you need to know about your most important assets: your customers.

This is why we want to make sure, that you really enjoy looking at the profile of your customers.

This is how it will look like:

1) The customer overview

If you open the customer management you will now see a list of your customers. The new design uses more space, to give you a better overview and more information about each customer. Recent visitors will be shown on top of this list. You will also be able to filter the list by groups, roles and invitation status.

2) Customer details

To ‘open’ the customer details you can click on the name of a customer. The details are shown in a slide-out that will enter from the right (on mobile this will be opened on a new page). There you will see that all the customer details are now organized in three tabs: Summary, Details and Products. As you will notice we have changed the design of the panels, buttons and lists, but the functionality is still the same

The Summary tab, provides a quick overview of most important information about a customer. Details can be found in the other two tabs. 

If you want to edit a customer you can click on the "edit-button" on the top right. Assigning a role or a trainer profile can be done using the menu under the three dots next to the "edit-button".
