For a customer to be able to use our software, the onboarding team must create the company and facility in our admin backend.
This is a process that we do not leave to the customer alone. Our onboarding team has a special tool that is only available to eversports employees. All basic information about the venue is entered there together with the venue owner in accordance with the legal requirements. Here it is also determined whether and if so which type of signing is used as a security device.
Once this has happened, a link to the Eversports Manager will be available to configure the tax numbers, chart of accounts, items, checkout, customer management,... is done. This is also done in close cooperation with our onboarding team, so that the customer can reach a result as quickly and safely as possible.
