If you want your employees to work with the manager, you have to add them to the customers and give them the role they should have.

After that, you have to give a role to your employee. Currently there are the following rules (I describe, what is not allowed for him):

Administrator

The Administrator has access to every function. Thus it is the one who configures the system with the support of the support in such a way that it should run according to his ideas.

Leading employee

The Leading employee is a person, who has more rights than a "normal" employee. For example, he can create or change products. This makes him something of a shift supervisor.

POS

  • No access to revenue report, day-end-report, SEPA and protocol
  • No access to invoices (only invoices from today and yesterday)
  • No Access for Billing

Accounting

  • No access

Settings

  • No access

Employee

The "normal" employee has only the rights to sell something and get the money for it. He can see his own sales, add customers, sign in users into a class. But he isn't able to see anything in finance.

Activities

  • No activity or group setting edit
  • No activation of further activity types
  • No bulk mails to participants
  • No insights
  • No export of the activity overview

Calendar

  • No creation of recurring bookings
  • No cancellation/moving/copying of recurring bookings
  • No bookings can be done for the past

Customers

  • No group settings or group editing
  • No bulk emails to customers
  • No export of customer data
  • No merging of customers
  • No adding or editing of trainers
  • No role assignment

POS

  • No access to revenue report, day-end-report, SEPA and protocol
  • No access to invoices (only invoices from today and yesterday)
  • No Access for Billing

Accounting

  • No access

Marketing

  • No access

Settings

  • No access

Trainer

The trainer role is a very special role with minimum rights. It allows the employee only to have a look into classes and courses.

Activities

  • No activity or group setting edit
  • No activation of further activity types
  • No bulk mails to participants
  • No insights
  • No export of the activity overview
  • No export of the participants in the sign-in
  • No display of customer contact data in the sign-in

Calendar

  • No creation of recurring bookings
  • No cancellation/moving/copying of recurring bookings
  • No bookings can be done for the past
