Eversports Studio Manager just got new features!

1) Waiting list in Widget
Your customers can also use the waiting list in the widget now. If they have the Eversports App on their smartphone, they get a push notification if a spot opens up. It also works if they download the Eversports App after putting themselves on the waiting list.
2) Products for certain customer groups
You can define if you want to sell a product to all customer groups or just to certain customer groups. This counts for online purchases only. It can be especially useful if certain customers get a cheaper price or can purchase a product earlier than others. You can activate this in the product settings.
3) Limitation of trial participants per activity
Especially in the fitness industry, it is common that you only want a certain share of new customers in a training or class. This is because beginners need usually more attention than experienced customers. You can define that now in activity settings.
4) Further improvements
Open the shop anytime and anywhere
On the top right you see a shop icon. If you click it you directly can sell a product to one of your customers.
Easy education for your employees
If you have a new employee or teacher that works with Eversports Studio Manager you can now use our Product Tours to educate them. There is an education for certain pages and for the whole tool. We will keep working on extending our product tours.
New wordings & UX Updates
We changed certain wordings and did some UX updates to improve clarity within Studio Manager. The section "POS" is now called "Financials". In Activities you can find new tabs: Management, Insights, Groups and Archive.
