There are three ways to verify your wallet (virtual purse) in your Eversports Manager.

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right. If your wallet is not yet verified, an exclamation mark will appear and the message "Activate online payment" will be highlighted in red.
  2. You can also see in your dashboard (To Do's), that your wallet is not verified. 
  3. Another possibility, also via your profile icon, would be to click on the field "Billing". In the next step, you select the menu option "Online payment" (top left)

All of these ways will take you to your online payments dashboard.

In your status you can see if incoming payments and payouts to you are possible. So that our payment provider Stripe is allowed to pay out the online paid amounts, you must now confirm your wallet.

For this a bank account must be deposited. If you have not yet entered any account details in your master data, you can create a new bank account here.

After that, click "Verify the Wallet". You will now be redirected to our payment provider Stripe and guided through the process step by step. They will ask you if you are an individual or a company and you must provide your legal name, as well as your e-mail address and date of birth. If you click "Next", you'll be redirected back to your online payments dashboard.

Now you can see that your data has been added to "Person". Please click on "verify the wallet" again. Now the ID verification starts: by clicking "start" you can complete the last steps. The issuing country as well as the ID type (passport, identity card or driving license) are inquired. You can choose to take a photo or upload a file. Start with the front of the ID document, in the next step select the back.

Please note: The document must have the following properties:

  • JPEG or PNG format
  • coloured
  • Size <2 Mb
  • readable!
  • no fingers on image that cover the document

After the verification you will be redirected back to the manager. It may take a while for the document to be checked. Once the review is complete, your status will be "verified" in your online payment dashboard. Payments and payouts are now active.

On the right side you can also see your account balance and have a direct view of how much has been paid online and is available for payouts.
