In case that you are currently setting up the Evesports Manager and want to take over block tickets or time cards from your old system, you can easily assign them to the corresponding customer. You are in the customer menu and choose one customer after another to assign the concerning service.

In the following case we assume that Andreas already bought a 10er block ticket from you. Click on the button “Sell new product” in the customer profile to add the 10er block ticket to the Eversports system.

The next step is to select the product your customer already has. In our case a 10er block ticket. This has to be edited now. Therefore, click on the “pen” symbol.

Now you have several opportunities to edit the service.

Discount: As your customer has already paid the 10-block you give away a discount of 100 %.

Valid from: If your service has a certain time period you can add that here. You simply enter the start date and then determine the period of time (e.g. 6 months validity or the end date) in which the service is valid.

Sessions: Here you can choose how many sessions your customer is still able to book. If he/she already had 3 sessions you enter in this field that he/she is allowed to come further 7 times.

Reason: It is important to give a reason why changes has been made for these settings so it is trackable. In our case, for instance, a brief note like “Transfer old ticket” would be appropriate.

With a click on “Save” you go back to the overview.

In the overview you see that the price has changed according to your settings: The 10-block costs 10 € now. Then, you finish the process by choosing the payment method “Cash” and clicking on the button “Without”. This means that an invoice will be generated but it will not be printed or opened as PDF/email.

Now the already bought 10-block is assigned to your customer and he/she can use it to attain your classes. 

The service of the concerning customer will be listed in the customer manager. There you can also see all important information at a glance. Due to the speech bubble you know that the service has been edited.
