In the menu Customers you find all the customer data collected in one list and you also see the most important information at a glance.
In the general overview, you can find a list of all your customers, their email address, phone number, the customer group they belong to, and their first and latest booking.
Additionally, your customers are divided into Added, Invited, and Accepted, depending on if they have been already invited to activate their Eversports account or not.
By clicking on a single customer, you have an overview of the customer profile.
In the general overview, you can add new customers and manage your customer groups.
If you click on the button 'More', you can:
Check any open visit
Invite customers to activate their Eversports accounts
Merge customers accounts into one
Verify any unverified SEPA mandates
